Snow Day Edit

Charlie Brown of you_left-Dumb-Ways to Die first appears getting ready to hang out with the other kids in his neighborhood. He then grabs his kite, much to the shock of the other children as it is winter, and even gets a remark from Franklin, saying that only Charlie Brown would do such a thing. Charlie Brown then goes to the park where the kids are skating and playing ice hockey, claiming that since the kite-eating tree is asleep for the winter, nothing can stop him from flying his kite. However, as Charlie Brown is temporarily successful in flying his kite, the string wraps around him, dragginf Charlie Brown in front of Linus, who asks Charlie Brown if he has had any luck in flying his kite, and that it was the courage for him to continue that mattered. Charlie Brown is then pulled into other kids, including Lucy who is attempting a triple-axle ice-skating move. He is then entangled in the kite-eating tree and is left hanging. Lucy berates him for flying his kite, and tells him he would never be successful due to the simple fact that he was Charlie Brown. Linus comes to Charlie Brown's side and offers some encouraging words, saying that ignoring his sister has gotten him far in life. Charlie Brown, touched by his friend's wise words, replies by saying what would he do without a friend like him. Later that day, Charlie Brown is at the baseball field, where he practices his pitching, along with Snoopy. Charlie Brown pitches the ball, only to have Snoopy strike the ball back, and pretend to be dissapointed with his friend's pitch. Charlie Brown sighs, saying that a long winter was ahead of him.

New Kid Edit

Charlie Brown is then alerted to a moving truck that is backing into an empty house across from Charlie Brown. Excited and curious to see who the new kid could be, Charlie Brown decides that with this new kid moving into town, it can be a fresh start for Charlie Brown. After this, Charlie Brown accidently causes the fence he was leaning on to fall over, embarresing himself and causing the other children who were behind the fence to blame im and run away. Later that night, Charlie Brown talks to Snoopy, saying that he wonders sometimes if the other kids do like him, and that hopefully the new kid sees him for who he truly is. He then says how Snoopy listens to him and accepts him, instead of judging him or giving advice, which Snoopy responds by snoring and taking Charlie Brown's blanket. The next day at school, Charlie Brown tells Snoopy to go home, as dogs are not allowed in school. Charlie Brown then enters his class, dissapointing the other kids who had thought he was the new kid. Charlie Brown walks to his desk and is greeted by Linus, who shows Charlie Brown his model airplane. Charlie Brown asks Linus if the plane was real and accidently activates the plane, sending it flying around the room and causing mayhem before Marcie opens the window, which allows the plane to leave. Miss Othmar then enters the classroom and tells everyone to go their desks, and then announces that the new kid would be entering their class. Charlie Brown then glances sight at the new kid, who is the Little Red-Haired Girl. Charlie Brown, blushing, hides behind his desk, due to the Little Red-Haired Girl glancing at him. Charlie Brown is then handed a test by Linus, and is working on it when he becomes distracted at the mention of the color red on his test. He quickly resumes his test, believeing that first impressions mattered. He then notices that the Little Red-Haired Girl is done with her test, remarking that she is pretty smart, and notices her pencil fall off her desk and roll to his feet. Picking up the pencil and examining it, Charlie Brown notices that teeth marks were on it, remarking that they had something in common, due to them both nibbeling their pencils. Miss Othmar then announces that there is a minute left, leaving a panicked Charlie Brown to finish the test quickly, and runs to the front of the class to Miss Othmar's desk along with Peppermint Patty, and slams his test on the desk. Miss Othmar then tells him along, with Peppermint Patty, to write their names, which ends up with Charlie Brown accidently and unwillingly placing his hand on top of Peppermint Patty's. Shocked and confused, Charlie Brown turns to leave and accidently bumps into the Little Red-Haired Girls desk. Attempting to introduce himself, Charlie Brown mixes up his name, and embarresly runs out of the class. Charlie Brown ends up in the nurses office, and explains to a young boy that he is love. The nurse then asks Charlie Brown why he is in her office, to which Charlie Brown sadly responds with how he has come down with a rather serious case of inadequacy.

Unrequited Love Edit

After school is dismissed, Charlie Brown is on the bus when he spots the Little Red-Haired Girl get on. Desiring to give a good impression, Charlie Brown saves a spot next to him for her. However, as the Little Red-Haired Girl gets closer, Charlie Brown, out of becoming extremely nervous, hides underneath the bus seats, and crawls to the front of the bus. When the bus comes to his stop, Charlie Brown rushes off the bus to hide behind snoopy's dog house. Nervously and longingly watching the Little Red-Haired Girl get off the bus and walk to her house, Charlie Brown goes into his house and hides behind a curtain in his living room where he continues to look at the Little Red-Haired Girl. After Snoopy almost reveals Charlie Brown's position, Charlie Brown runs and hides in his room. While looking through his blinds, Sally comes in and deduces that her brother is in love. Charlie Brown, embarrassed, hides under his blankets until Snoopy and Sally leave. Charlie Brown then continues to peer through his blinds until Snoopy encouragingly takes him to the Little Red-Haired Girl's house, so that Charlie Brown could both introduce himself and give back her pencil. As Charlie Brown is about to ring the doorbell, he stops and turns to walk away due to becoming to nervous...only to have Snoopy ring the bell. Panicking, Charlie Brown hides in one of the Little Red-Haired Girl's plants. Charlie Brown then goes to Lucy's Psychiatric Help booth to ask her for advice on how to win the Little Red-Haired Girl's heart. Charlie Brown is then given a book that claims to make him a winner from Lucy. At home, Charlie Brown is reading the book when he is interrupted by Sally making noise, who reveals that there is school talent show coming up. Charlie Brown, encouraged by the idea, decides to enter the talent show. With the help of Snoopy, Numpty and DippyDaniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo and Woodstock, Charlie Brown creates props for his act, which is going to be magic tricks, and practices with Snoopy as his assistant.

Hero's are Selfless, Charlie Brown Edit

On the day of the Talent Show, Charlie Brown shows up, much to the suprise and awe of the other children. Right of Dumb Ways to Die peeks from behind the curtain, and spots the Little Red-Haired Girl in the crowd, and proclaims that she will see the new Charlie Brown. He then runs into Lucy, who states that she is suprised to see him participating in the talent show. Charlie Brown ignores her, and watches as his fellow classmates perform their acts. As Charlie Brown's turn is coming up, his sister goes before him. While performing her act, Sally recieves some mean criticism from the crowd, and is brought to tears. Charlie Brown stops Franklin from bringing the curtain down on his sister, to which Franklin responds to Charlie Brown with "It's either your act or hers." Charlie Brown longingly looks at the Little Red-Haired Girl, wanting to impress her, but decides to sacrifice his act and chance for his sister. He knocks on the door of one of his props, which Snoopy jumps out, and tells Snoopy that there has been a change of plans, much to the applause of Franklin and Snoopy. Charlie Brown then steps out on the stage as a cow, and tells his suprised sister to rope him. Sally, along with Snoopy, chase Charlie Brown around stage, including the backstage area, which ends with Sally succesfully roping her brother, and winning first place. However, as Sally's picture is about to be taken, Charlie Brown slips out of the cow costume and is publicly embarassed.

The Dance Edit

The next day at school, Charlie Brown discovers his face on the front page of the school's newspaper. He shrugs this off, and walks into the cafeteria only to discover that a majority of the students are reading the paper. Linus offers some comfort, telling Charlie Brown that there was no such thing as bad publicity. Charlie Brown responds by saying that the Little Red-Haired Girl knows who he is now. Charlie Brown the spots the Little Red-Haired Girl, and is left awestruck once again. Linus then tells Charlie Brown that if he likes her so much to introduce himself, which Charlie Brown denies due to his embarassment at the talent show. Charlie Brown then watches as Lucy walks up to where the Little Red-Haired Girl is sitting, and humiliates Charlie Brown by making a reference to him being a cow. Charlie Brown then grows worried, as he believes that time is running out. Later that day, Charlie Brown is reading his book when his phone rings, which Sally answers. Sally gives her brother the phone, claiming that his girlfriend was on the phone. Charlie Brown nervously grabs the phone, and is suprised by finding out that it is Peppermint Patty, who charges him with making cupcakes for the school's upcoming Winter Dance. Charlie Brown unwillingly agrees, and then goes to take out the recycling bin. As he places the bin down, he catches sight of the Little Red-Haired Girl dancing in her living room. Awestruck with what he saw, Charlie Brown runs inside and starts to dance, much to the suprise and annoyance of his sister. Snoopy, displeased with Charlie Brown's dancing, stops and shows his friend how to properly dance. Charlie Brown continues to practice throughout the weeks leading up to the dance, all while hiding from the Little Red-Haired Girl, due to his shyness. Charlie Brown imagines what it will be like when he dances with the Little Red-Haired Girl, only to be brought back to reality by Snoopy, who had pretended to be the Little Red-Haired Girl. The night of the dance arrives and Charlie Brown walks to it, along with Snoopy, who eats the cupcakes that Charlie Brown had made. Charlie Brown enters the dance, and helps Marcie by taking the bowl of punch she was carrying. Charlie Brown then notices that the Little Red-Haired Girl is at the dance. Charlie Brown then watches as the Little Red-Haired Girl wins the ladies dance competition, and begins to struggle with his shirt, which had been caught by the door, as the gentlemen's dance competition begins. Charlie Brown is suddenly released by Snoopy, and waits for his turn. Charlie Brown appears at the start of his turn, with Snoopy placing a spotlight on him, Charlie Brown dances down the aisle of kids, and suprises everyone by dancing great. As he is about to reach the end however, he slips on a puddle of punch and sets off a sprinkler system, ending the dance, as well his opportunity to dance with the Little Red-Haired Girl. Arriving at his house after the dance, Charlie Brown expresses to Snoopy that no matter how hard he tries, the further away the Little Red-Haired Girl becomes. Being offered some comfort from Snoopy, Charlie Brown, still saddened, walks into his house.

Book Report Edit

The next day, Charlie Brown is suprised to see that the Little Red-Haired Girl is not in class, with Linus telling him that she is out of town to take care of her Grandmother. Charlie Brown states that she seems like the kind of person who would do such a thing. Miss Othmar then announces that the children are going to write another book report, with Linus happily telling Charlie Brown that it was time to pick partners. Charlie Brown picks a name out of the draw bowl and is suprised to have chosen the Little Red-Haired Girl. He once again daydreams about the Little Red-Haired Girl, only to have it end with the class laughing at him. Charlie Brown then talks with Linus, saying that he can not handle the pressure of being partners with the Little Red-Haired Gir. He then expresses adult-like worries such as escro and a mortgage, with Linus assuring him that he was overthinking his book report. Charlie Brown, after expressing that being partnered with the Little Red-Haired Girl could be the worst thing that ever happened to her, tells Linus that he can become her hero by completing the report for the both of them. Charlie Brown is then told Frieda that the test scores are being posted, who follows her along with Linus. Charlie Brown then discovers that he has gotten a perfect score on the test, making him a small celebrity to the other students, much to the disbelief of Lucy. As the week progresses, Charlie Brown is followed by a great amount of classmates wherever he goes, and as he is leaving school one day, is relieved that no one is around. Linus exits the school, shocking Charlie Brown, as he had believed that Linus was some of the other kids following. Charlie Brown then expresses his concern about if the kids like him for who he is, or who they think he is. Charlie Brown is then swarmed by kids, with some wanting him on their team or help on a school assingment. Charlie Brown is then reminded by PigPen about the book report, and asks if anybody has seen Marcie, which Schroeder replies that she is at the ice rink with Peppermint Patty. Charlie Brown races off to find Marice, but finds Peppermint Patty at the ice rink instead. Charlie Brown tells Peppermint Patty he needs to find Marice in order to know what the greatest book of all time was, with Peppermint Patty telling him that the greatest book was "Leo's Toystore" by Warren Peace. Thanking her, Charlie Brown runs off to the Library to find the book, and finds Marcie who leads him to the correct book called War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy. Charlie Brown then takes the book home, and begins to read it. Throughout the weekend, Charlie Brown remains diligent in his reading, even declining a game of ice hockey, in order to complete the report. On the final night, Charlie Brown is successful, and begins to write his report. As he begins to write his report, his pen bursts, leaving a mess out of the paper he was writing on. Charlie Brown becomes discouraged, but at the sight of the Little Red-Haired Girls pencil, he begins to regain hope and confidence, telling himself that he can not let her down, and that he could do it. Charlie Brown finishes his book report a few hours after midnight, and satisfied with the work he had accomplished, drifted off to sleep.

The Assembly Edit

The next day, Charlie Brown is awakened by Sally, who happily exclaims that it is the day of the assembly. Charlie Brown then walks into his living room where he sees Sally is getting ready to sell merchandise based off of him. Charlie Brown spots the Little Red-Haired Girl leaving her house, and smiles when Sally says that the day was going to be big for the both of them. Charlie Brown is then walking into the assembly room where Linus tells him that all of the ceremony was for him. Charlie Brown then sees the Little Red-Haired Girl, and tells Linus that she will finally notice him for doing something great. The assembly begins, and Charlie Brown is called to the stage by Franklin, who has Marcie give the school proclamation, declaring that the day be called Charlie Brown Day. Charlie Brown, humbled and suprised by the proclamation, stands happily, smiling at the sight of the Little Red-Haired Girl smiling at him, and clapping for him. Charlie Brown is then handed his test, which, to his horror, is revealed to be Peppermint Patty's. Horrified at this discovery, Charlie Brown must now choose between his newfound popularity and impression on the Little Red-Haired Girl, or to tell the truth and lose it all. Charlie Brown folds the paper and places it in his back pocket, and addresses the crowd. Charlie Brown thanks the crowd for their support and the kindness they have shown him, along with saying that it was not often that he is recgonized. Charlie Brown then tells the audience that there has been a mistake, revealing that the test was Peppermint Patty's, and that he can not accept the medal and the honor. He returns the medal to Marcie, telling her that the medal belongs to Peppermint Patty. Charlie Brown then walks off the stage with tears in his eyes and leaves the assembly.

Winter Becomes Spring Edit

After the assembly, Charlie Brown is sitting by himself when Linus walks up to him, telling him that what he did was very admirable. Charlie Brown expresses his dissapointment, stating that one moment he was a hero, then the next he was the goat. Linus encourages his friend by saying that when he turns his book report in, things could go his way again, but only for Charlie Brown to respond with doubt, along with the fact that he had been up all night working on it. Linus asks Charlie Brown for the Book Report, and reads it, telling Charlie Brown that he had brought such a great insight to a difficult novel. As Linus is saying this, Charlie Brown notices the Little Red-Haired Girl walking towards him, and in a moment of panick and becoming to shy, places his lunch bag over his head. The Little Red-Haired Girl, after hearing the mention of a book report, asks if they were supposed to do a book report. Linus then explains to her that while she was away, Charlie Brown took it upon himself to complete the book report for the both of them, and tells her that it was the finest book report he had ever read. Charlie Brown then accidently falls after leaning on a teeter totter, which also launched the book report in the air. Charlie Brown looks in horror as the report flies in the air, and is relieved to see it float back down gently. However, as everything seemed to be well, Linus's model airplane flies by and shreds the report, much to the anguish of Charlie Brown. Running to the shreds of paper that were once his book report, Charlie Brown sadly picks them up, believing himself to have failed the Little Red-Haired Girl. The Little Red-Haired Girl offers some comforting words, but a discouraged Charlie Brown walks away in sadness and a feeling of defeat, along with Snoopy, who comforts his friend. At home, Charlie Brown throws his kite away, places his baseball glove into his closet, and kicks the book that Lucy gave him under his bed. He spots the Little Red-Haired Girl's pencil on his night stand, and disheartenly places it in his drawer. Later that same night, Charlie Brown expresses that when he feels alone, he sits and stares into the night sky, believing that one of the stars is his star, and that it will always be there for him. While expressing this, one of the stars falls from its' place. The seasons soon change, and Spring arrives. Charlie Brown is walking down a path when a Little Kid asks him for help flying his kite asking if Charlie Brown know how to fly one. Charlie Brown replies that he has years of experience with kites, much to the delight of the Little Kid. Charlie Brown then shows the young boy the proper stances for flying a kite, and tells the kid to run. Charlie Brown is joined by Snoopy, who he tells that flying a kite is not easy, and that it can be years before the young boy gains his year of experience. Snoopy then points out that the young kid has succeeded in flying his kite, much to the suprise of Charlie Brown. The Little Kid thanks Charlie Brown, and asks him if he would like to fly his kite. Charlie Brown accepts, but only to have the kite fly out of his hands shortly after. Charlie Brown then tells the Little Kid to never give up.

Pen Pal Partners Edit

On the final day of school, Charlie Brown walks to the bus stop with Sally, who is excited that there is no more school. Charlie Brown then explains to her that she still has grammar school, high school, and then college. Sally expresses horror to this, saying that she will be in school for over thirty years, and that she will be old by the time she is done. Charlie Brown then arrives at school, and is in class when Linus announces that before school is out, the class needs to finish picking partners for their summer pen pal project. Charlie Brown becomes saddened and disheartened when no one picks him. Much to his suprise and awe, the Little Red-Haired Girl stands and says that she will be his partner. The bell to dismiss school rings, with everyone leaving and Charlie Brown still in his desk, staring at where the Little Red-Haired Girl sits, finding himself unable to move after what was just said. He finds himself thinking at a wall, where Linus finds him, and asks him where he has been, and that he should be down at the carnival with everyone else. Charlie Brown expresses his confusion as to why the Little Red-Haired Girl chose him, despite all of the humiliating things she witnessed from him, with Linus telling him that it was time to consider the wildest possibility that he is a good person, and that people like him. Linus then tells Charlie Brown that he would never know the answer, with Charlie Brown finishing for him, saying unless he goes up and asks the Little Red-Haired Girl. Charlie Brown runs home, grabs the Little Red-Haired Girls pencil, and goes to her house. He then rings the doorbell, and is greeted by her Mother, who reveals to Charlie Brown that her daughter is on her way to summer camp. Charlie Brown, after expressing the pleasure of meeting the Little Red-Haired Girl's Mother, runs off to reach the bus, which is still at school. He runs through the carnival, running into various characters, and is about to exit when a crowd of children swarm an ice cream truck that stops in front of him. Charlie Brown, noting that the whole world seemed to be against him, looks up and says that he is asking for a little help for at least once in his life. After he says this, the kite eating tree spits out a kite, which entangles around Charlie Brown, and a strong gust of wind carries him, enabling him to fly over the children. Charlie Brown is then seen by other kids, who are excited to see that he is flying a kite. They all follow him to the school, where Charlie Brown loses his grip on the kite, which floats and stops at the Little Red-Haired Girl's feet. She then greets Charlie Brown by his name, much to his amazement, and he mentions that she remembered his name, with her responding that she did. Charlie Brown then asks her why she chose him. The Little Red-Haired Girl smiles and tells Charlie Brown that she chose him because she has seen the type of person that he is, with Charlie Brown's response being "an insecure, wishy-washy, failure?" The Little Red-Haired Girl tels him that is not who he is at all, and tells him that she liked the compassion he showed for his sister at the talent show, his honesty at the assembly, and that he was both brave and funny at the dance. She also tells him that him doing the book report while she was away was sweet of him, and that when she looks at him, she doesn't see a failure at all, and that he has all of the qualities that she admires. The bus driver then honks the horn, and the Little Red-Haired Girl tells Charlie Brown that she has to leave. Charlie Brown asks her to wait, and returns her pencil, with her thanking him and promising him that she will write to him, leaving Charlie Brown blushing and touched. The Little Red-Haired Girl then walks up the bus stairs and to her seat, waving and looking at Charlie Brown as she leaves his sight. Charlie Brown silently stares down the street for a while before turning around and smiling, with a loving Snoopy running to hug his friend. Everyone congratulates Charlie Brown for talking to the Little Red-Haired Girl and appreciate him for the kind of Man that he is, with Linus and Lucy pick him up on their shoulders and carry him away, with a smiling and humbled Charlie Brown enjoying a well-deserved victory.

PersonalityEdit

Charlie Brown is a loving, compassionate, caring, brave, and shy individual that Numpty and Dippy encounter. He is shown to be mainly shy, especially around the Little Red-Haired Girl. He is a selfless individual, showing to care more about the well-being of others than himself. A notable example is when he attends the school's talent show, and sacrifices his act in order to help his sister. He does appear to doubt his ability to do great things, leading to him becoming insecure. While Charlie Brown is rarely successful, his faith and courage to pick himself back up and doing what is right, is what makes him a well-respected and loved individual. Dumb Ways to Die with the Karapatan have "You-Charlie Brown left, remember?.
